Revive Cleaning Terms & Conditions

  1. Scope of Service
    Revive Cleaning provides cleaning services only. Our cleaning services do not include restoration of wear, tear, or permanent stains. Some older stains or high-traffic areas may not achieve complete removal.
  2. Furniture Handling
    Our team will move light furniture items to access areas needing cleaning. Clients are responsible for moving heavy furniture, such as beds, sofas, and cabinets.
  3. Deposit and Cancellations
    A deposit or advance payment serves as a call-out fee and is required to secure your booking. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time, the deposit will not be refunded. If no deposit is made after booking and the booking gone cancelled or postponed there will be a call out fee of $90+GST applies which has to be paid at same time.
  4. Quote Adjustments
    The initial quote provided is subject to change upon inspection. If additional time or resources are required, Revive Cleaning reserves the right to adjust the quote.
  5. Parking Responsibility
    Clients must ensure parking availability. If parking fees are incurred, these costs will be charged to the client.
  6. Payment Terms
    Payments must be received by the due date indicated on the invoice. Late payments will incur a late payment fee.
  7. Booking Arrival Time
    The booking time provided is an approximate arrival time. Technicians may arrive earlier or later due to traffic or previous appointments. We will notify you of any delays, so please keep your phone accessible on the day of service.
