Revive Cleaning Terms & Conditions
- Scope of Service
Revive Cleaning provides cleaning services only. Our cleaning services do not include restoration of wear, tear, or discolouration. Some older stains or high-traffic areas may not be restored to original condition. - Furniture Handling
Our team will move light furniture items to access areas needing cleaning. Clients are responsible for moving heavy furniture, such as beds, sofas, and cabinets. - Post Work Inspection
We encourage client to check and ensure the quality of work and property contents. - Recleaning Request:
If a client is not satisfied with the quality of cleaning, they must notify Revive Cleaning within 24 hours of the service completion. We will then assess the concern, and if it is determined to be directly related to the quality of our original work, we will arrange to return and re-clean the specific area(s) at no additional charge. However, requests made after the 24-hour timeframe, or for issues resulting from subsequent mess, new damage, or conditions you were unable to restore (as noted in the ‘Scope of Service’), will not qualify for a free re-clean and may be subject to a new service fee. - Deposit and Cancellations
A deposit or advance payment serves as a call-out fee and is required to secure your booking. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time, the deposit will not be refunded. If no deposit is made after booking and the booking gone cancelled or postponed there will be a call out fee of $90+GST applies which has to be paid at same time. - Quote Adjustments
The initial quote provided is subject to change upon inspection. If additional time or resources are required, Revive Cleaning reserves the right to adjust the quote. - Parking Responsibility
Clients must ensure parking availability. If parking fees are incurred, these costs will be charged to the client. - Payment Terms
Payments must be received by the due date indicated on the invoice. Late payments will incur a late payment fee. - Booking Arrival Time
The booking time provided is an approximate arrival time. Technicians may arrive earlier or later due to traffic or previous appointments.
